These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Digitab Menu ("we", "our", "us") governing your use of the QR Studio app and the digitabmenu.com platform. Please read them carefully before using the service.
By downloading, installing, or using the QR Studio / Digitab Menu app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal or business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
QR Studio Pro is offered as a yearly auto-renewing subscription at 89.99 USD per year. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.
You retain ownership of all content you upload (menus, images, business information). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host and display it as part of the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful or offensive content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digitab Menu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
